                               ORDINANCE NO. 10280
                 
                 
                  AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                  PART II, CHAPTER 24, SECTION 24-286 BY ADDING
                  A NEW SUBSECTION (F) RELATIVE TO PARKING AND
                  STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, CAMPERS,
                  TRAILERS AND NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLES IN CITY
                  RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that Chattanooga City Code, Part
       II, Chapter 24, Section 24-286, be and the same is hereby amended 

       by adding a new subsection (f) as follows:
            (f)  It shall be unlawful for any person to park or
                 store a recreational vehicle, camper, trailer or
                 non-motorized vehicle, or for the owner of a
                 recreational vehicle, camper, trailer or non-motor-
                 ized vehicle to allow any other person to park or
                 store such recreational vehicle, camper, trailer or
                 non-motorized vehicle, within a City right-of-way
                 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in any
                 residential zone or residential area within the
                 City.
           
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance
       shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as 
required
       by law.
